The Vashon Island Pirates were victorious over the visiting Seattle Christian Warriors basketball squad by a final score of 37-26 in Friday's league outing.
Next, the Pirates clash with the Bellevue Christian Vikings (Clyde Hill, WA) in a 1A Nisqually outing, on Tuesday, February 4. Vashon Island will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record.
The Warriors (5-10) will now prepare for their outing against Life Christian Academy (Tacoma, WA). The Eagles enter the 1A Nisqually outing with a 5-10 record. In their last outing, Life Christian Academy was defeated by Klahowya (Silverdale, WA), 62-53, in a league outing.
