The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the La Salle Academy Rams (Providence, RI) and the host Narragansett Mariners (Narragansett, RI), witnessed La Salle Academy's ice hockey team nip Narragansett by a final score of 3-2.
The Rams (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against New Canaan (New Canaan, CT). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 14-0 record. In their last challenge, New Canaan got by Wilton (Wilton, CT), 7-5, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Mariners battle the Auburn Rockets (Auburn, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 1. Narragansett will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record.
