The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Shelton Highclimbers (Shelton, WA) and the visiting Centralia Tigers (Centralia, WA), observed Shelton's basketball team knock off Centralia by a score of 38-23.

The Highclimbers (11-4) will now prepare for their challenge against WF West (Chehalis, WA). The Bearcats come into the non-league challenge with a 13-1 record. In their last challenge, WF West prevailed over Aberdeen (Aberdeen, WA), 59-20, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Black Hills Wolves (Tumwater, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Centralia will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 6-12 record after their 48-36 non-league loss to Tumwater (Tumwater, WA).
