North Carolina High School Basketball - Croatan overwhelms Dixon

The Croatan Cougars basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Dixon Bulldogs to 12 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now possess a 7-0 record. They play next when they host Swansboro for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. Croatan will play a Pirates team coming off a 31-14 non-league win over Richlands (Richlands, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 8-2.
With the loss, Dixon falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host West Carteret (Morehead City, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. The Patriots go into the game with a record of 7-1. West Carteret won 37-19 in their recent non-league game against White Oak (Jacksonville, NC)
