The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Kennedy Catholic Lancers (Burien, WA) and the visiting Kentwood Conquerors (Covington, WA), observed Kennedy Catholic's basketball team knock off Kentwood by a score of 40-31.

The Lancers (12-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Mt. Rainier (Des Moines, WA). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 1-16 record. In their last challenge, Mt. Rainier was knocked off by Stadium (Tacoma, WA), 26-14, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Conquerors encounter the Kentridge Chargers (Kent, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Kentwood will attempt to improve on its 9-8 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 13-2 record after their 40-15 non-league win over Auburn Riverside (Auburn, WA).
