The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Magna Vista Warriors (Ridgeway, VA) and the host Tunstall Trojans (Dry Fork, VA), observed Magna Vista's basketball team overwhelm Tunstall by a score of 72-8.
The Warriors (13-3) will now prepare for their challenge against George Washington (Danville, VA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 0-9 record. In their last challenge, George Washington was routed by Halifax County (South Boston, VA), 58-30, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Trojans encounter the Dan River Wildcats (Ringgold, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 3. Tunstall will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record.
