California High School Soccer - Grant knocks off Monroe

The Grant Lancers soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Monroe Vikings to 0 in the Lancers league victory on Friday.
The Lancers now hold a 5-8 record. They play next when they host Verdugo Hills for a East Valley bout on Monday, February 3. Grant will play a Dons squad coming off a 2-2 league North Hollywood (North Hollywood, CA). The Dons record now stands at 12-5.
With the loss, Monroe moves to 1-7 on the year. The Vikings travel to Chavez (San Fernando, CA) to play the Eagles in a East Valley bout on Monday, February 3. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-12. Chavez lost 2-1 in their recent league bout against North Hollywood (North Hollywood, CA)
