In Friday's league test, the Capuchino Mustangs (San Bruno, CA) basketball squad defeated the host San Mateo Bearcats (San Mateo, CA), by a final score of 46-35.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the El Camino Colts (South San Francisco, CA) in a test, on Wednesday, February 5. Capuchino will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record.

The Bearcats (3-17) will now prepare for their test against Aragon (San Mateo, CA). The Dons come into the test with a 11-5 record. In their last test, Aragon went down by Terra Nova (Pacifica, CA), 45-27, in a league test.
