Ohio High School Basketball - Chippewa holds off Smithville

The Chippewa Chipps basketball team scored 51 points and limited the visiting Smithville Smithies to 44 in the Chipps non-league triumph on Friday.
The Chipps now have a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Rittman for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4.
With the loss, Smithville falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Smithies host Dalton (Dalton, OH) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 2-1.
