The Thomas Dale Knights basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Dinwiddie Generals to 40 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now have a 8-6 record. They play next when they host Meadowbrook for a non-league game on Friday, February 7. Thomas Dale will confront a Monarchs team coming off a 69-19 non-league loss to Hopewell (Hopewell, VA). The Monarchs record now stands at 5-6.

With the loss, Dinwiddie falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Generals host Powhatan (Powhatan, VA) to confront the Indians in a non-league game on Monday, February 3. The Indians go into the game with a record of 4-11. Powhatan won 45-33 in their recent non-league game against Richmond City School of the Arts (Richmond, VA)
