With the victory, North Rowan upgrades its record to 11-2 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Lexington (Lexington, NC) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 3. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 8-5.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles battle the Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. East Davidson will attempt to improve on its 1-14 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 71-11 non-league win over South Davidson (Denton, NC).
