The Franklin Wildcats basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Pleasant Grove Eagles to 44 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now have a 14-9 record. They play next when they travel to Lodi for a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. Franklin will confront a Flames team coming off a 57-41 league loss to Modesto Christian (Modesto, CA). The Flames record now stands at 10-11.

With the loss, Pleasant Grove falls to 13-8 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Sheldon (Sacramento, CA) to confront the Huskies in a game on Monday, February 3. The Huskies go into the game with a record of 12-11. Sheldon lost 62-56 in their recent league game against Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA)
