Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA), 73-34 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Grassfield advances its record to 5-4 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to King's Fork (Suffolk, VA) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 4. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 12-0.
The Wildcats now own a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Indian River for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 4.
