Next, the Plainsmen face the Lubbock-Cooper Pirates (Lubbock, TX) in a 5A Region 1 District 3 game, on Tuesday, February 4. Monterey will attempt to advance on its 9-0 season record. The Pirates enter the game with a 8-2 record after their 3-3 league Tascosa (Amarillo, TX).
