The Arlington Lions soccer squad scored 4 points and held the visiting Poly Bears to 2 in the Lions league victory on Friday.
The Lions now possess a 16-1 record. They play next when they travel to Paloma Valley for a Ivy bout on Monday, February 3. Arlington will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Valley View (Moreno Valley, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-10.
With the loss, Poly moves to 11-5 on the year. The Bears host Hemet (Hemet, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a Ivy bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 2-17. Hemet lost 4-1 in their recent league bout against Citrus Hill (Perris, CA)
