The Ingleside Mustangs soccer squad scored 1 points and held the host Calallen Wildcats to 0 in the Mustangs league victory on Friday.

The Mustangs now hold a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Jones for a 4A Region 4 District 29 bout on Tuesday, February 4. Ingleside will play a Trojans squad coming off a 8-0 league win over Bishop (Bishop, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 8-5.

With the loss, Calallen moves to 4-3 on the year. The Wildcats host Tuloso-Midway (Corpus Christi, TX) to play the Warriors & Cherokees in a 4A Region 4 District 29 bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Warriors & Cherokees go into the bout with a record of 3-6. Tuloso-Midway won 9-0 in their recent league bout against King (Kingsville, TX)
