In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Pendleton Bulldogs basketball team scored a decisive 50-21 triumph over the Palmetto Mustangs.
In their next game, the Bulldogs meet the Daniel Lions (Central, SC) in a AAA Region 1 match, on Friday, January 7. Pendleton will attempt to better on its 9-4 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 5-8 record after their 83-50 non-league loss to Westside (Anderson, SC).
With the defeat, Palmetto moves to 3-9 on the year. The Mustangs host Pickens (Pickens, SC) to meet the Blue Flame in a non-league match on Friday, January 7. The Blue Flame enter the match with a record of 4-5. Pickens won 64-11 in their recent non-league match against Liberty (Liberty, SC)
