Alabama High School Basketball - Montevallo ripped by Bibb County

The Bibb County Choctaws basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Montevallo Bulldogs to 40 in the Choctaws league triumph on Wednesday.
The Choctaws now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Blocton for a 4A Area 6 contest on Tuesday, January 10. Bibb County will battle a Tigers team coming off a 72-57 non-league loss to Holy Spirit Catholic (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 3-16.
The Bulldogs (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against West Blocton (West Blocton, AL). The Tigers enter the 4A Area 6 contest with a 3-14 record. In their last contest, West Blocton was routed by Spanish Fort (Spanish Fort, AL), 77-53, in a non-league contest.
