California High School Basketball - Bishop Montgomery crushes Serra

January 4, 2023: Torrance, CA 90503

Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Serra Cavaliers (Gardena, CA), 81-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Bishop Montgomery upgrades its record to 18-0 on the season. The Knights travel to Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA) to play the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 7. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 16-1.

Next up, the Cavaliers play the St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA) in a Del Rey bout, on Friday, January 6. Serra will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Saints go into the bout with a 9-7 record after their 72-70 league win over St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA).
