The Boylan Catholic Titans basketball team scored 78 points and restricted the host Freeport Pretzels to 53 in the Titans league victory on Wednesday.

The Titans now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rockford East for a Northern Illinois 10 contest on Friday, January 6. Boylan Catholic will battle a E-Rabs team coming off a 65-43 league win over Harlem (Machesney Park, IL). The E-Rabs record now stands at 8-8.

The Pretzels (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Belvidere North (Belvidere, IL). The Blue Thunder come into the Northern Illinois 10 contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Belvidere North was routed by Guilford (Rockford, IL), 50-39, in a league contest.
