Massachusetts High School Basketball - Burncoat overwhelmed by South

The South Colonials basketball team scored 84 points and restricted the host Burncoat Patriots to 50 in the Colonials league victory on Wednesday.
The Colonials now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host University Park for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. South will battle a team coming off a 68-49 non-league win over Abby Kelley Foster (Worcester, MA). The record now stands at 3-3.
The Patriots (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against North (Worcester, MA). The Polar Bears come into the Inter High contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, North triumphed over Doherty Memorial (Worcester, MA), 84-55, in a league contest.
