Oregon High School Basketball - Grant Union can't hold off Burns

The Grant Union Prospectors basketball team (John Day, OR), was nudged 47-46 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Burns Hilanders (Burns, OR)
The Hilanders now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nixyaawii Community for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 7.
The Prospectors (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Heppner (Heppner, OR). The Mustangs come into the 2A Blue Mountain battle with a 10-2 record. In their last battle, Heppner edged Vernonia (Vernonia, OR), 50-41, in a non-league battle.
