St. Francis Gladiators (Traverse City, MI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host East Jordan Red Devils (East Jordan, MI), 76-29 in a league bout.

With the win, St. Francis upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Gladiators travel to Midland (Midland, MI) to play the Chemics in a non-league bout on Friday, January 6. The Chemics go into the bout with a record of 0-5. Midland lost 60-58 in their recent non-league bout against Traverse City Central (Traverse City, MI)

Next up, the Red Devils play the St.Ignace Saints (St. Ignace, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. East Jordan will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Saints go into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 56-51 non-league win over Center Line (Center Line, MI).
