In Wednesday's league outing, the Jefferson Township Falcons (Oak Ridge, NJ) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Wallkill Valley Rangers (Hamburg, NJ), by a count of 61-39.
The Falcons (5-1) will now prepare for their outing against Hackettstown (Hackettstown, NJ). The Tigers go into the Northwest Jersey - Freedom outing with a 3-0 record.
The Rangers now hold a 0-7 record. They play next when they host Hopatcong for a non-league outing on Friday, January 6. Wallkill Valley will clash with a Chiefs squad coming off a 77-13 non-league loss to Lenape Valley (Stanhope, NJ). The Chiefs record now stands at 0-4.
