Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the West Fork Tigers (West Fork, AR) and the visiting Lincoln Wolves (Lincoln, AR), saw West Fork's basketball squad hold off Lincoln by a count of 64-59.

The Tigers (11-2) will now prepare for their test against Valley Springs (Valley Springs, AR). The Tigers go into the 3A Region 1 test with a 9-8 record. In their last test, Valley Springs got by Mayflower (Mayflower, AR), 80-49, in a non-league test.

The Wolves now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bergman for a 3A Region 1 test on Friday, January 6. Lincoln will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 66-31 league win over Green Forest (Green Forest, AR). The Panthers record now stands at 14-1.
