The Maysville Wolverines basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the host North Platte Panthers to 30 in the Wolverines non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Wolverines now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trenton for a Grand River contest on Friday, January 6. Maysville will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 75-43 league loss to Gallatin (Gallatin, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-8.
The Panthers (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Penney (Hamilton, MO). The Hornets come into the KCI contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, Penney prevailed over Hardin-Central (Hardin, MO), 50-27, in a non-league contest.
