California High School Basketball - Olympian overwhelmed by Montgomery

The Montgomery Aztecs basketball team scored 84 points and restricted the visiting Olympian Eagles to 41 in the Aztecs league victory on Wednesday.

The Aztecs now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Otay Ranch for a Mesa contest on Friday, January 6. Montgomery will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 61-49 league win over Bonita Vista (Chula Vista, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-5.

The Eagles (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against San Ysidro (San Diego, CA). The Cougars come into the Mesa contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, San Ysidro was routed by St. John Bosco (Bellflower, CA), 94-69, in a non-league contest.
