With the win, Mount Pleasant upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Tigers host Concord (Concord, NC) to clash with the Spiders in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 7. The Spiders go into the bout with a record of 8-5. Concord won 83-32 in their recent league bout against South Rowan (China Grove, NC)

Next up, the Raiders clash with the Concord Spiders (Concord, NC) in a 3A Conference 48 bout, on Friday, January 6. South Rowan will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Spiders go into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 57-47 non-league win over Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC).
