California High School Basketball - Santa Fe ripped by Whittier

The Whittier Cardinals basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Santa Fe Chiefs to 40 in the Cardinals league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cardinals now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host California for a Del Rio contest on Friday, January 6. Whittier will battle a Condors team coming off a 61-35 league loss to La Serna (Whittier, CA). The Condors record now stands at 6-14.
The Chiefs (2-17) will now prepare for their contest against El Rancho (Pico Rivera, CA). The Dons enter the Del Rio contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, El Rancho triumphed over Baldwin Park (Baldwin Park, CA), 60-39, in a non-league contest.
