With the victory, Sonoraville improves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Phoenix travel to Southeast Whitfield County (Dalton, GA) to confront the Raiders in a AAAA Region 7 challenge on Friday, January 6. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 2-7.

Next up, the Tigers confront the LaFayette Ramblers (LaFayette, GA) in a AAA Region 6 challenge, on Friday, January 6. Adairsville will attempt to improve on its 8-5 season record. The Ramblers come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 63-37 non-league win over Dade County (Trenton, GA).
