Illinois High School Basketball - Meridian knocked off by Central A & M

The Central A & M Raiders basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Meridian Hawks to 37 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Raiders now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maroa-Forsyth for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 5. Central A & M will meet a Trojans team coming off a 62-34 non-league win over Tri-City/Sangamon Valley (Niantic, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 10-6.
The Hawks (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Tri-City/Sangamon Valley (Niantic, IL). The Storm enter the non-league contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, Tri-City/Sangamon Valley was outscored by Maroa-Forsyth (Maroa, IL), 62-34, in a non-league contest.
