New Jersey High School Basketball - Montville can't hold off Chatham

The Chatham Cougars basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Montville Mustangs to 61 in the Cougars non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Cougars now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Morris Hills for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Chatham will battle a Knights team coming off a 45-29 non-league loss to Morristown-Beard (Morristown, NJ). The Knights record now stands at 3-4.
The Mustangs (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Saddle River Day (Saddle River, NJ). The Rebels come into the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Saddle River Day edged Park Ridge (Park Ridge, NJ), 58-52, in a non-league contest.
