The Rio Rancho Rams basketball team (Rio Rancho, NM), was nudged 41-38 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM)
The Cougars now possess a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eldorado for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 12. Cibola will battle a Golden Eagles team coming off a 50-35 non-league loss to West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 4-5.
The Rams (7-6) will now prepare for their battle against Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM). The Demons come into the non-league battle with a 3-9 record. In their last battle, Santa Fe was nudged by Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM), 52-42, in a non-league battle.
