The East Aurora Blue Devils basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the host Lake Shore Eagles to 36 in the Blue Devils league victory on Wednesday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Depew for a Section 6 Erie County III contest on Friday, January 6. East Aurora will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 53-25 league win over Pioneer (Yorkshire, NY). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-1.

The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Maryvale (Cheektowaga, NY). The Flyers come into the Section 6 Erie County III contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Maryvale prevailed over Cheektowaga (Cheektowaga, NY), 36-21, in a league contest.
