Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the West Canada Valley Indians (Newport, NY) and the visiting Frankfort-Schuyler Maroon Knights (Frankfort, NY), saw West Canada Valley's basketball squad wallop Frankfort-Schuyler by a tally of 70-31.

The Indians (9-0) will now prepare for their test against Little Falls (Little Falls, NY). The Mounties go into the non-league test with a 4-4 record.

The Maroon Knights now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they host Little Falls for a Section 3 Center State II test on Friday, January 6. Frankfort-Schuyler will encounter a Mounties squad coming off a 50-36 non-league loss to New Hartford (New Hartford, NY). The Mounties record now stands at 4-4.
