The Valley Christian Trojans (Chandler, AZ) basketball crushed the host Globe Tigers (Globe, AZ), 65-27 in Wednesday's league test.
The Trojans (6-4) will now prepare for their test against American Leadership Academy - Ironwood (Ironwood, AZ). The Warriors go into the 3A South Central test with a 2-11 record. In their last test, American Leadership Academy - Ironwood was trounced by Northwest Christian (Phoenix, AZ), 44-38, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Benjamin Franklin for a 3A South Central test on Friday, January 6. Globe will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 50-40 non-league loss to Horizon Honors (Phoenix, AZ). The Chargers record now stands at 8-8.
