Morris Catholic Crusaders (Denville, NJ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hanover Park Hornets (East Hanover, NJ), 79-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Morris Catholic upgrades its record to 9-0 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Parsippany Hills (Parsippany, NJ) to play the Vikings in a Northwest Jersey - American bout on Friday, January 6. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Parsippany Hills lost 52-22 in their recent non-league bout against Madison (Madison, NJ)

Next up, the Hornets play the Pequannock Golden Panthers (Pompton Plains, NJ) in a Northwest Jersey - Independence bout, on Friday, January 6. Hanover Park will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Golden Panthers go into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 50-34 non-league win over Columbia (Maplewood, NJ).
