California High School Basketball - Vista Murrieta trounces Murrieta Mesa

January 4, 2023: Murrieta, CA 92562

The Vista Murrieta Broncos (Murrieta, CA) basketball crushed the host Murrieta Mesa Rams (Murrieta, CA), 61-17 in Wednesday's league test.

The Broncos (12-3) will now prepare for their test against Chaparral (Temecula, CA). The Pumas go into the Southwestern test with a 3-14 record. In their last test, Chaparral was trounced by Murrieta Valley (Murrieta, CA), 76-45, in a league test.

The Rams now own a 8-8 record. They play next when they host Paloma Valley for a non-league test on Thursday, January 5. Murrieta Mesa will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 60-53 league loss to Valley View (Moreno Valley, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-8.
