Providence Pioneers (Burbank, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Westridge Tigers (Pasadena, CA), 57-13 in a league bout.

With the win, Providence upgrades its record to 8-6 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Mayfield (Pasadena, CA) to play the Cubs in a Prep bout on Thursday, January 5. The Cubs go into the bout with a record of 4-7. Mayfield lost 75-10 in their recent league bout against Flintridge Prep (La Canada, CA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Polytechnic Panthers (Pasadena, CA) in a Prep bout, on Thursday, January 12. Westridge will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record.
