With the win, Lord Botetourt upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Byrd (Vinton, VA) to play the Terriers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 6. The Terriers go into the bout with a record of 7-0. Byrd won 33-18 in their recent non-league bout against Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA)

Next up, the Patriots play the Christiansburg Blue Demons (Christiansburg, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. Patrick Henry will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Blue Demons go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 33-18 non-league loss to Byrd (Vinton, VA).
