The Eastern Guilford Wildcats basketball team (Gibsonville, NC), was overwhelmed 58-31 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC)
The Camels now possess a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northeast Guilford for a battle on Friday, January 6. Atkins will confront a Rams team coming off a 26-23 non-league win over Dudley (Greensboro, NC). The Rams record now stands at 8-1.
The Wildcats (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Storm come into the battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, Southern Guilford was overwhelmed by Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC), 67-41, in a league battle.
