With the victory, Freedom improves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Hibriten (Lenoir, NC) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 6. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 6-4. Hibriten lost 72-56 in their recent non-league challenge against South Point (Belmont, NC)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Rosman Tigers (Rosman, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 6. Draughn will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record.
