Jurupa Hills Spartans (Fontana, CA) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Colton Yellowjackets (Colton, CA), 5-3 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans face the Kaiser Cats (Fontana, CA) in a San Andreas challenge, on Friday, January 6. Jurupa Hills will attempt to better on its 5-6 season record. The Cats enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Bloomington (Bloomington, CA).

The Yellowjackets now have a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eisenhower for a non-league challenge on Friday, January 6. Colton will face a Eagles team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Rim of the World (Lake Arrowhead, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-9.
