The Clarion Area Bobcats (Clarion, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Allegheny-Clarion Valley Falcons (Foxburg, PA), 62-26 in Thursday's league test.

The Bobcats (5-3) will now prepare for their test against North Clarion (Tionesta, PA). The Wolves go into the Keystone Shortway test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, North Clarion was trounced by Clarion-Limestone (Strattanville, PA), 71-26, in a league test.

The Falcons now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Commodore Perry for a non-league test on Saturday, January 6. Allegheny-Clarion Valley will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 71-59 non-league win over West Middlesex (West Middlesex, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-5.
