The Aurora West College Prep Academy Spartans basketball team (Aurora, CO), was routed 67-30 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Arvada Bulldogs (Arvada, CO)

The Bulldogs now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Platte Canyon for a 3A Frontier battle on Saturday, January 6. Arvada will battle a Huskies team coming off a 49-9 non-league win over Rocky Mountain Lutheran (Denver, CO). The Huskies record now stands at 1-3.

The Spartans (2-7) will now prepare for their battle against DSST: Green Valley Ranch (Denver, CO). The Raptors come into the 4A/3A/2A Confluence battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, DSST: Green Valley Ranch trounced Hinkley (Aurora, CO), 50-38, in a non-league battle.
