Brentwood Academy Eagles (Brentwood, TN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Ensworth Tigers (Nashville, TN), 52-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Brentwood Academy upgrades its record to 11-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to Pope John Paul II (Hendersonville, TN) to clash with the Knights in a Division II-AA Middle bout on Saturday, January 6. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 13-2. Pope John Paul II won 68-62 in their recent league bout against Montgomery Bell Academy (Nashville, TN)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Father Ryan Irish (Nashville, TN) in a Division II-AA Middle bout, on Saturday, January 6. Ensworth will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record.
