The Cocalico Eagles basketball team (Denver, PA), dropped 69-57 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Octorara Area Braves (Atglen, PA)
The Braves now possess a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lampeter-Strasburg for a Lancaster-Lebanon 3 battle on Tuesday, January 9. Octorara Area will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 64-55 non-league win over Lancaster Catholic (Lancaster, PA). The Pioneers record now stands at 6-4.
The Eagles (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Eastern Lebanon County (Myerstown, PA). The Raiders come into the non-league battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Eastern Lebanon County dropped by Blue Mountain (Schuylkill Haven, PA), 80-70, in a non-league battle.
