Northwest Yeshiva Lions (Mercer Island, WA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Concordia Christian Academy Hawks (Tacoma, WA), 54-52 in a league bout.

With the win, Northwest Yeshiva upgrades its record to 3-5 on the season. The Lions travel to Non Varsity Opponent (, ) to clash with the in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The go into the bout with a record of 65-156. Non Varsity Opponent won 53-46 in their recent non-league bout against Jal (Jal, NM)

Next up, the Hawks clash with the Crosspoint Warriors (Bremerton, WA) in a 1B/2B Sea-Tac bout, on Saturday, January 6. Concordia Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record.
