The Fountain Lake Cobras basketball team (Hot Springs National Park, AR), was toppled 54-41 in Thursday's league battle with the host Pottsville Apaches (Pottsville, AR)
The Apaches now possess a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clarksville for a 4A Region 4 battle on Tuesday, January 9. Pottsville will confront a Panthers team coming off a 71-37 league loss to Subiaco Academy (Subiaco, AR). The Panthers record now stands at 4-15.
The Cobras (11-7) will now prepare for their battle against Dardanelle (Dardanelle, AR). The Sand Lizards come into the 4A Region 4 battle with a 11-5 record. In their last battle, Dardanelle beat Mena (Mena, AR), 68-35, in a league battle.
