Ohio High School Basketball - Gibsonburg fells Woodmore

Gibsonburg Golden Bears (Gibsonburg, OH) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Woodmore Wildcats (Elmore, OH), 69-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Gibsonburg upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Golden Bears travel to Danbury (Lakeside, OH) to play the Lakers in a Sandusky Bay - River bout on Saturday, January 6. The Lakers go into the bout with a record of 1-7.

Next up, the Wildcats play the Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains (Bascom, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - River bout, on Saturday, January 6. Woodmore will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Chieftains go into the bout with a 7-1 record after their 52-37 league win over St. Mary Central Catholic (Sandusky, OH).
